Spencer Erdman is a distinguished former collegiate baseball coach now dedicated to private baseball training in Santa Barbara. Specializing in developing infielders and hitters, Spencer brings extensive experience and a proven track record of success to his coaching practice. His commitment to player development and passion for enhancing the Santa Barbara baseball community make him an invaluable resource for aspiring athletes.
As an Assistant Coach at UC Santa Barbara, Spencer Erdman played a crucial role in achieving 2 conference championships, 3 Regional appearances, and multiple Top-25 national rankings. He helped offenses that topped the conference in categories like home runs, triples, RBIs, slugging percentage, and on-base percentage. From those teams, 15 position players have gone on to play professional baseball.
Spencer’s move to private baseball training is driven by his dedication to player development. He aims to leverage his extensive coaching experience to improve the Santa Barbara baseball community, offering personalized and high-quality training to help athletes reach their full potential.
